When purchasing a gift certificate, it's important to enter the receiver's correct email address – our system automatically creates an account (if one does not already exist) using the address, and adds the gift to that email's account.
If you accidentally used the wrong email address, contact us immediately, so that we can resolve the issue. Make sure you include, your email address, your order number, and the receiver's correct email address.
